HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist

Description

Pivot Cycles is seeking to fill the position of HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist. The HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist is integral to the Marketing team and is responsible for planning and executing integrated email marketing campaigns, providing an analytical review and recommendations for future campaigns, while bridging the gap between the Marketing and Sales teams internally. The ideal candidate is a team player who is well versed in HubSpot, email marketing strategies (both B2B and B2C), is well organized, and process driven, with enthusiasm for strategic marketing.

This is not available as a remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimize HubSpot processes, workflows, and automation strategies to enhance our marketing efforts 
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and targeted communication with our audiences (B2B & B2C) 
  • Create and maintain lead nurturing programs to engage potential customers and move them through the sales funnel 
  • Build, manage and draw actionable insights from reports and dashboards, analyze and report on the performance of automation campaigns, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement 
  • Collaborate with the sales team and marketing team to align automation strategies with overall sales & marketing goals 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation to ensure our strategies remain effective 
  • Ensure processes are standardized, documented, and adhered to ensuring repeatable, high-quality outcomes for the department 
  • Ensure consistent and reliable access to reporting data 
  • Understand the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges, identify—and adjust—appropriate mix of assets and activities to engage the audience. 
  • Track and analyze engagement to assess program performance and lead management success. 
Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in a related field, and/or at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot. 

Expertise: 

  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot tools and integrations. 
  • Understanding a B2B centric business structure. 
  • Experience in building engaging B2B and B2C email marketing strategies. 

 

Highly skilled user of the following or similar software technologies: 

  • Office 365 
  • HubSpot 
  • Monday.com, or other project management software 
  • Google Analytics  
  • Shopify ecosystem (preferred, but not required)

Independent Sales Representative— Midwest

Description

This position is for an independent contractor.

It is Pivot’s calling to build cutting edge bikes that take the rider’s experience to another level. As our dealer partners are vital to serve these discriminating riders, we need an independent sales rep who is committed to supporting our retailers with excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Travel within assigned Midwest territory (Monday through Friday—some weekend events); as well as occasional trips to company headquarters and/or regional events for training 
  • Schedule visits with dealers and follow through in a professional manner 
  • Stay current on industry trends and communicating observations 
  • Maintain expertise in local markets, establishing and maintaining relationships 
  • Bring a consultative approach in assessing the needs of bicycle retailers to present solutions 
  • Provide technical and sales strategy information to support dealers 
  • Address customer issues skillfully to boost brand affinity 
  • Develop a territory plan to achieve monthly/annual sales targets 
  • Plan and execute demo events in partnership with dealers 
  • Exhibit a passion for the sport and love for the Pivot brand 
Requirements
  • Must live within the assigned territory 
  • Knowledge of retail bicycle operations (retail experience is a plus) 
  • Competency with basic bicycle mechanics 
  • Proven industry sales experience (prior relationships with Pivot dealers is a plus) 
  • Demonstrated capacity to exceed monthly/annual targets 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
  • Problem solving abilities 
  • Ability to work without supervision

Software Development Analyst - Remote/Hybrid

Description

Tempe, Arizona-based Pivot Cycles seeks a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and creative Software Development Analyst to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating high-quality software solutions. The role will be responsible for analyzing technical requirements, supporting the design and development of software applications, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to gather and analyze business and technical
  • Design, develop, and test software applications in accordance with project
  • Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding
  • Work closely with project owners to ensure timely project
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in software
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, ).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with software development tools and IDEs
